Billings, Montana Police Department

• July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2010, yearly raises between 3% and 4%, based on CPI.

• Each officer will receive a one-time cash payment of $600.

Concord, California Police Department

• Police sergeants get an additional one percent the last two years of the contract.
