After giving a 21-year old woman a traffic ticket, officer later appeared in court to state that he had no independent recollection or notes about the matter, resulting in the dismissal of the citation. Officer subsequently told suspect he wanted further contact with her in return for getting the ticket dismissed. Officer obtained her work and home telephone numbers and called her at both places against her wishes, subsequently lying to Internal Affairs about whether he made the phone calls. |
