Corrections officer terminated for being absent from work for the better part of two years; contract provided that employees incapacitated as a result of a work-related injury could be terminated “one year from the date of the initial accident or injury.” The fact that the officer returned to work for two weeks before resuming his absence from work did not necessarily indicate that the officer acted in bad faith in order to secure the job.
