• Arbitrated contract. The Arbitrator sided with the City on non-retroactive life insurance benefit for firefighters, and limited chiropractic treatment to $1,500 per year.
• The Union prevailed on healthcare benefits, meaning it will not be required to pay the same out-of-pocket expenses as non-union workers.
